My Book "Thrifty in the Burg!"

About My Book

Have you ever felt like a failure? I have. Actually that is what caused me to start couponing, living frugally, and become financially sound. I wanted to help our financial situation. This book specifically discusses how my small success grew and made me feel more useful. I will not only give you guidelines on living more frugally through honest budgeting and freeing yourself from financial fear, but you will see how my successes changed me.

I will be providing tips and asking questions, along with answering those questions to the best of my knowledge. I want to be able to put myself in the shoes of my readers and be able to provide information that will be beneficial to them. We will discuss using a budget, coupons, and paying attention to financial details.

A bit of a preview:

"Perhaps we have tried a budget in the past only to see it fail. Why do you think it failed? Was it lack of motivation? Was it too time consuming? Or was it fear that was stopping us? We need to make sure our minds are clear of fear before we can go any further with our budgeting or else it will just fail again. If fear comes into our minds then we have to push it out. When we push forward with our budget and break away from our fear, that fear becomes obsolete." -Thrifty in the Burg! 2015

"Spending is not your boss. You are its boss! I know that it can be stress that drives you from the pile of bills and debt that hide in a corner. Addressing those bills and debts causes depression but free yourself from, or better yet, choose to allow yourself to be free." -Thrifty in the Burg! 2015
