Summer Challenge: Lose 10 Lbs! Week 2



This past  week has been crazy busy! I missed my Manic Monday and I was going to put off this post but I pushed myself to get it done. I started a job this past Monday and that is why my blogging posts have been falling short. So because of lack of time I have today this post isn't going to have all the details I wanted it to have. I want to eventually do a post in this series with pictures or videos of the workouts I do. So hopefully next week things will have cooled down a bit and I will be able to do a good post for you all!

My diet this week has been a little hard to maintain but I am trying the best I can and with what we have. I have been keeping to eating a whole grain cereal or oatmeal in the morning. My lunches are where I struggle the most. If you have any suggestions on easy, cheap, and quick lunch meals please throw those out there and I will use them! Dinner has not been too bad. I think though since I have started my job that I have been eating whatever I can that is quick, before I head out for work. I am so hoping this falling short in blogging thing is just a phase.

My workouts are still the same. I have been so tired this week from working that I have been finding it hard to get a workout in, but I managed to do a full workout yesterday and I got out to walk today. This is so much harder than I thought it would be. I am finding lately that I am really having to push myself to keep going with my workouts but I will keep trying! I am not about to give up that easy!

Sorry this post is short and lame but I have to be on my way here shortly and I wanted to get something written today. I hope you are all are having success in your summer weight-lose challenge. Keep it up!!

Upcoming: For this summer I am planning a blog post series about my journey to loose 10 lbs. It will be replacing the "Thrifty Thursday" posts for the duration of the summer. I will share with you my plan and some tips. I will keep you updated with my progress each week. I am so excited for this series. I know there are many of you out there who are finding it difficult to loose just a few pounds. I am one of those people! Hopefully this series will do the trick for stubborn weight lose.
